Process Layout Design in Monitoring Platform
Process design is a very important part of ergonomics in the design of monitoring platform. The realization of products must have realizable technological approaches. In the design of the monitoring platform, the process part includes the installation and layout of components and the convenience of the opening of the door.
1. Component Layout of Monitoring Station
The layout of components is mainly based on the convenience of installation, including the installation of desktop components and the installation of internal components of vertical components. The installation of desktop components mainly combines with the transverse working area to arrange the installation of components, that is, considering the transverse effective area of manual operation. Vertical panel installation mainly considers the effective area of longitudinal work, that is, the optimal operating range of the arm in the line of sight when standing or sitting position is operated.
2. Internal Component Arrangement of Monitoring Station
The layout of internal components mainly considers installation, wiring and heat dissipation. That is, when arranging the internal components, the following problems should be considered: first, there should be enough space for installation and enough space for wiring; secondly, the wiring position should be combined with the terminal row of the wiring groove to make the internal space arrangement look neat and orderly as possible; finally, combined with the heat dissipation problem inside the cabinet, that is, the well-designed heat dissipation circulation system inside the cabinet can not be hindered.
3. Opening and opening arrangement of monitoring platform
The layout of the opening mainly includes two aspects: one is the specific position of the opening; the other is the specific shape of the door or hole at the opening position. When operating or using a machine, the dynamic force of a human hand can be roughly divided into push, pull, twist, rotation and other basic types. In the design of doors or perforated covers, the design should be based on the output direction of various types and the output parameters of each part of the hand, and not exceed the force limit of the arm or conventional operation habits.
This part of the design concept in the design of the monitoring platform mainly focuses on the design of the door and the front and back seals. The design of the door includes the rotating direction of the door, the position of the lock and the rotating direction of the lock handle; the design of the sealing plate mainly designs the loading and unloading of the sealing plate, and the setting of the height of the sealing plate; the layout of the opening mainly reflects the coordination of the appearance of the opening and the monitoring platform, and it should cooperate with the heat dissipation system.
